Customers can discover your truck on our interactive map and navigate to you with a tap.

Option 2: Directly from the app, tap “Menu” and select “Food Truck Sign-Up.”

For either option, you’ll need your food truck’s name, contact information, description, food type, and logo or pictures (if available). Registration takes just 3 minutes.

After registering, you can start adding your menu and upcoming locations at your convenience. Please note, you’ll receive an email to confirm your account and be able to log back into the app.

Yes, if you own multiple food trucks, you can create individual accounts for each truck. This ensures proper management and visibility for each business.

Customers can easily locate your food truck(s) on our interactive map, which highlights active trucks when open, making it simple to navigate to your location.

If your truck is closed, it won’t appear on the map, but customers can still find your listing in the "View All" section. This allows them to see your details and plan ahead for your next scheduled location.

As a food truck owner, you can add unlimited locations and schedules in advance. These will be displayed on the interactive map, making it easier for new customers to find your food truck wherever it’s parked.

If you add two locations with the same schedule, our app prioritizes them based on the location type:

1. One-Day Locations (highest priority)
2. Multiple-Date Locations
3. Permanent Locations

For example, if you’re attending a one-day festival, it will override your permanent location for that date and time. You can enable or disable locations anytime using a simple toggle.

We don’t provide mobile ordering services, but you can integrate your existing ordering systems (e.g., Clover or Square) into the app. This allows you to manage your menu, locations, schedules, and orders in one place, avoiding the hassle of using multiple platforms.

Setting up your menu is simple:

1. Upload a picture of the dish (optional).
2. Add the dish name.
3. Enter the price.
4. Provide a short description.

You can enable or disable items based on availability, keeping your menu up-to-date for customers.

To update your menu:

1. Go to your profile in the app.
2. Navigate to the “My Menu” section.
3. Locate the item you want to update.
4. Use the toggle switch to mark it as unavailable.

This ensures your menu remains accurate for customers.

Yes, each food truck gets a unique webpage and URL! Customers can view your truck’s name, logo, description, menu, and schedules, and they can navigate to your location with just a tap.

After signing in to the app, go to the dashboard, tap the share icon, and select “Copy my URL.”

Share your URL on social media or with customers to make it easier for them to find and follow your food truck. This is a great alternative if you don’t have a website yet.

The app is available on iOS and Android devices, including smartphones and tablets, as well as on the Web App through our website.

Types of Locations:

• One Day: Perfect for festivals, fairs, or private events. Plan a single-day location with ease.
• Multiple Dates: Select specific dates from the calendar for recurring spots like apartment complexes, parks, or multi-day events.
• Permanent: Schedule weekly recurring locations by selecting specific days of the week. Ideal for fixed spots like gas stations or parking lots.

These flexible options ensure that customers can always locate your food truck when and where they need it!
